How to Grow Loyal Fans for Books Two and Three

Once you’ve decided to be a writer and own it as your occupation, (although not necessarily full-time if you have another career) the next decision is obvious: what will books two and three be like? To ensure the success of your sequels, you need to think about your fans and what they’ll want from the books that you’ll write. To coincide with the release of Resilient Teen this month, author Nicola MacDonald held a fascinating interview with speaker and broadcaster Becky Walsh to talk about her book and how it can empower teens with greater self-awareness and self-esteem.

Wicked Mistress Yale - to mark the publication of his final book in the Yale trilogy, David Ebsworth held a livestream on Facebook to celebrate the launch.

E S Moxon, who published Tales of the Wulfsuna this month, released an atmospheric trailer for the book, with an Old English script - an amazing thing to hear this language being spoken. Watch and listen here.

12 August - Nicola MacDonald published her book, Resilient Teen on Amazon. This is a mindfulness-based self-help book for teens struggling with stress, anxiety or low self-esteem. You can see read more about the book and buy it here .

14 August - Keeper’s by M. A. Castle was published on this day and follows a couple’s marriage through the storms of change.
