If our books have not been in your possession for more than 10 days then we are happy to refund or exchange, provided books are returned undamaged and as sold, using the original packaging. If it is not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that books are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to provide protection, so that they arrive with us in good condition.
You are expected to pay return carriage costs and, for the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
